Thursday afternoons from 3:00 - 6:00, this market was packed
when I went. Of course, the incredible weather that day helped
too.
The
market is held in the parking lot at Spencers Market,
a local grocery store. Parking was tight, and I ended up parking
at the other end of the lot. But it's a small lot and not
a bad walk.
The hot item on the day I was there
seemed to be lettuce, of all things. But with the price of lettuce
fluctuating, I guess I understand. The variety was huge and
it was very fresh.
A special treat is Stoltey's
Bee Farm. They had a large variety of honey and containers,
and they have bees wax available as well. 466-0473.
