Rest Stop - Gaviota

This rest stop is open again after a lengthy construction project.
(Note: It's been closing again winter 2005 due to flooding)
It's location is incredible, it's easy to stop and enjoy the area for too long.
Basic facilities are available. Restrooms, water, tables and a pet area. It's fenced, so there's not very far to wander.
For some reason they don't put the vending machines in here like I-5 and Highway 99. You've got a ways to go in either direction to find sodas or munchies.
