Summary:

There really are large kilns at the top of the trail here in this camping area.

Be prepared to pay a parking fee on entering the Park though.

Note: Due to damage from last winter's rains call ahead for conditions.

This campground has both beach access and a stream flowing through a redwood forest.

The beach area where the fresh water meets the ocean is a favorite spot for local birds.
