This is a nice day use area on the Big Sur coast. It's a quiet beach park with a few tables and restrooms. A freshwater stream runs just to the south. Take the trail down the hill to the picnic area and you'll find it.

Any time there's freshwater next to the ocean I find lots of birds and other wild life. Limekiln is another good example and isn't far from here.

Some people come here to fish. Surfperch and rockfish are the most common.

Believe me, there's no guarantee of accuracy here. System and browser differences might make this very erratic.
To test this, Salinas to San Luis Obispo is 112 miles as the crow flies.
